Senior School Sixth Form

As part of UK Parliament Week, we were pleased to welcome Greg Smith MP to meet with our Senior and Sixth Form students in a Q&A.

As part of this engaging session, students had several prepared questions at the ready, to explore and understand better the role and responsibilities of a Member of Parliament. They also had the opportunity to discuss topical issues, including the proposed Votes at 16 initiative and matters affecting our local constituency.

After representing the Buckingham constituency for four and a half years, Greg Smith MP was recently re-elected as the Conservative Member of Parliament for the new Mid-Buckinghamshire constituency. With a background in print, design, and marketing, working with clients across manufacturing, medical technology, and charitable sectors, Greg has always been motivated to get things done and has taken this mindset into his political career. Since 2024, he has been a Shadow Transport, Shadow Business, and Shadow Energy Security and Net Zero Minister.

It was great to see our students prepare so well and get involved in this informative session. You can find out more about Greg by visiting his website here.
