On Sunday 12 October, a group of our Pipers Year 13 students were among the youngest participants in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in Hyde Park and raised over £3,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity.

Out of more than 16,000 runners, Trixie and Beth completed the course in the top 2,000 finishers, followed closely by our other fantastic runners — Evelyn, Zara, Bea and Evie.

Our students had a lot of fun training together and getting ready for this significant physical challenge. They began with the initial goal of raising £350 for the charity, so to have raised so much money is a significant achievement. Congratulations to them all.
