There were also some outstanding results in individual subjects this year:
- In Religious Studies 95% of girls achieved an A or A*
- 83% of girls achieved an A or A* in Textiles
- In History 81% of girls achieved an A or A*
- In Geography 75% of girls achieved an A or A*
- 71% of girls achieved an A or A* in Design Technology
- In English Literature 70% of girls achieved an A or A*
Headmistress, Mrs Helen Ness-Gifford said, "Today's results have demonstrated to the girls just what can be achieved through hard work and determination. I am proud of all the girls, not only our highest achievers, but also the girls whose results, thanks in part to the support and experience of our dedicated teaching staff, have exceeded their expectations. I look forward to welcoming the majority of our Year 11 girls back to Pipers in September as they embark on their Sixth Form careers."
