In Prep we follow the National Curriculum and work towards SATs in Year 6.

We are fortunate in that we have a curriculum which encompasses a wide variety of subjects giving the girls the opportunity to learn more about their strengths and skills. They enjoy an increasingly varied programme of study with subjects including:

The Prep School is staffed by a core team of teachers, and girls are also taught by staff from the Senior School, who are dedicated specialists in their field. This also serves to enable continuity which assists girls in their transition from Prep to Senior School.

The girls are taught forty lessons each week in small classes and in UIII (Year 6) girls are set according to ability and experience in English and Mathematics.
