Eleanor Waite (Year 8) has had a fantastic start to the season playing for the Bucks U13 girls' cricket team. After three games they are the only unbeaten team in the U13 South League. Eleanor has produced two very impressive bowling performances and currently stands in the top 16 girls nationally in terms of wickets taken.

Year 9 student Victoria Horwood demonstrated her talent on the rugby field recently when the team she plays for, Bucks Jesters Under 15s, won the U15 Rugby Sevens Bowl in a countrywide tournament held in Tring. The U15 team had never played rugby sevens before so this was a fantastic achievement for Victoria and her teammates.

This week girls in LIV (Year 7) spent a beautifully sunny day at Kenilworth Castle to complement their study of History. Half the day was spent on a tour of the castle and the other half of the day was spent in the company of a medieval barber surgeon whose re-enactments and descriptions of medieval medicine both horrified and enthralled the girls!
