Our talented instrumentalists and singers were in fine form on Monday evening as they took part in a fantastic summer concert for an audience of family and friends.

There were some exceptional performances from Junior Choir, DJ Guitar Group featuring UII, LII recorders, LIII Strings, UII percussion, Prep Orchestra, Guitar Group, Senior Vocal Group, Jazz Band, Orchestra and Consort as well as a number of notable solos from a saxophonist, drummer and also a singer.

There was a also a surprise item on the programme as four Upper Sixth girls came together as a band to perform for the first time in public. Heidi, Rebecca, Olivia and Rebecca performed "Mr Bojangles" and "Handbags and Gladrags".
It was a wonderful evening and a fitting end to the musical year at Pipers. All of the girls who took part showed a great deal of effort, enthusiasm and talent.
