The latest Cornerstones reunion took place on Saturday 26 September 2009.

It was a really wonderful day as girls from a variety of years came together to renew old friendships and swap stories of where life had taken them since leaving Pipers.

On the day girls from the following years attended: 1947, 1958, 1959, 1961, 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1994, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2006.

Thanks to the miracle of the internet (Facebook) myself and a lovely group of Ex Pipers Girlies managed to organise ourselves and arrange to meet for the reunion. I was thrilled and amazed on the turn out. We ALL had a brilliant time; our friendships rekindled, renewed and will now I'm sure last a lifetime. I have discovered that, as was stated by your wonderful Head Mistress, once a Pipers Girl...always a Pipers Girl is so very very true. I feel honoured, proud and privileged to be one of 'The Girls'; and find myself feeling like I have finally found my lost family. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious and your lovely sixth formers were truly delightful. I will always treasure this as a wonderful memory. Its brilliant to belong to such a fabulous Sisterhood."
